Over the past decade, Anita’s focus has been treating neurological conditions with PBM, including traumatic brain injuries (TBI), aphasia post-stroke, Alzheimer’s and other dementias, autism spectrum disorder, and Parkinson’s. Anita has published research on the effects of light therapy on acute and chronic wound healing, knee pain, traumatic brain injury, and Alzheimer’s and dementia.
