Returns

  1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: CerebralFit  offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within this period, you may request a return.

  2. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at help@CerebralFit.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details.

  3. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number. Please ensure that the product is in its original packaging and includes the RA number.

  4. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe arrival of your return. CerebralFit  is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

  5. Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Refunds
